The Churches’ Commission for Migrants in Europe (CCME) celebrated its 60th anniversary from December 2-4, 2024, at the Evangelische Akademie Frankfurt. The event reflected on six decades of advocating for migrant rights and human dignity, uniting leaders, theologians, migration practitioners, and ecumenical partners from across Europe and beyond under the theme "Protecting People More than Borders." Through inspiring speeches and discussions, CCME reaffirmed its commitment to just and inclusive migration policies, emphasizing the importance of faith-based advocacy in addressing the challenges faced by migrants.
